analyzing and finding solutions for technical and essential problems across various SAP HCM modules, especially PY and TM
work with customers to understand their requirements and provide them right solutions
system configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook
support business teams on the data migration activities
supporting the release management process: preparation the overview of the new features and functions in SAP HCM
requirements-expected :
min. 2 years of experience in SAP HCM and/or Success Factors customer support or implementation projects
demonstrating basic knowledge of any module in: SAP HCM - Time Management, Payroll, Personal Administration
knowledge of processes related to SAP HCM
good knowledge of HR processes
high analytical and problem-solving abilities
independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks
strong teamwork skills
good knowledge of English
