Job Description:

As a SAP FICO Specialist , you will act as a critical link between SAP technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring processes are streamlined and optimised for maximum efficiency. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Conducting detailed analyses of business processes to align SAP configurations with organisational requirements.
2. Identifying and advising on system and process optimisation opportunities for enhanced efficiency and user experience.
3. Collaborating with IT teams to implement technical solutions and address system challenges.
4. Partnering with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to integrate changes into standardised processes.
5. Providing end-user training and maintaining documentation to support SAP processes.
6. Staying updated on SAP advancements to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Relevant experience as an SAP FICO Business Analyst in a similar industry - ideally in financial SSC / GBS.
2. Strong understanding of finance processes and integration with SAP modules.

5. Advanced project management and leadership capabilities.
