Comprehensive support for SAP FICO and related modules within the Service & Support phase, ensuring a stable and efficient financial system
Management, troubleshooting, and resolution of end-user and system issues in SAP FICO and its various modules, working closely with other support teams and business stakeholders
Identification and implementation of optimization opportunities in FICO processes to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience
Acting as the primary point of contact within the managed services team, ensuring SLA adherence and maintaining high standards of service quality
Maintenance of accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations, along with provision of occasional training to users to maximize system usage
requirements-expected :
4+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in managed services and support roles. Prior experience in implementation projects is advantageous, though this role will focus on support
Proficiency in SAP FICO and its related components (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, etc.) as well as familiarity with Real Estate Management and SAP BPC modules
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders to analyze and resolve issues efficiently, leveraging knowledge of FICO best practices and SAP configurations
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear documentation
