Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with a strong background in system implementation, customization, and support. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage SAP FICO projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead SAP FICO module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements by working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
2. Perform detailed analysis, design, configuration, and testing of SAP FICO functionalities to support financial operations and reporting requirements.
3. Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms within the SAP FICO domain.
4. Provide technical expertise and support for SAP FICO end-users, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FICO modules with other SAP modules and external systems.
6. Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality, and perform application research.
7. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.
8. Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP FICO consultant, with a strong focus on technical aspects and project implementation.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost and Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
4. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
5. Proficiency in ABAP programming, including debugging, custom reports, and interface development.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. SAP FICO certification is preferred.
