Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FI-GL-AR-AP-BL-AA Consultant for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for finance processes.
- Prepare backlogs, WRICEF documents, and execute fit/gap analysis to align with business needs.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA FI based on blueprints.
- Ensure seamless integration of FI with other SAP S/4HANA modules by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including blueprints, functional specifications, configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts.
- Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure the functionality and integrity of FI processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to FI configuration, data, and processes.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively to project managers and implementation teams.
- Provide timely support to end-users during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with project team members to share knowledge and support FI team in delivering successful SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the SAP environment, specializing in Finance and accounting.
Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and FIORI. - Minimum 1 completed full-cycle SAP S/4HANA project/sub-project in a Senior Consultant role.
- Practical experience with Retail companies (recommended).
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI-GL-AR-AP-BL-AA functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.
- Ability to create technical specifications for both backend and frontend developments.
- Experience with embedded analytic reporting in S/4HANA.
- Good integration understanding for creating technical specifications.
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP), VAT, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working in international environments and understanding diverse business practices.
- Excellent communication, demonstration, analytical, and project participation skills.
- Ability to provide training and support to key-users and SAP team members.
- Quality and deadline oriented.
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
