Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP EAM implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, and integration
• Define SAP EAM architecture and ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
• Provide expert-level consulting on SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional specifications and ensure smooth integration with related modules
• Drive data migration and harmonization strategies for asset management processes
• Support custom development and extensions using platforms such as Mendix
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, with a particular focus on rail sector best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through solution options and implementation roadmaps

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as an SAP EAM Consultant or Architect in large-scale SAP S/4HANA environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP EAM/PM processes and integration points with MM/SD
• Proven track record of leading SAP implementation or transformation programs
• Experience in designing end-to-end architecture for asset management solutions
• Hands-on experience with data migration strategies and tools
• Ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
