• Lead and manage a team of SAP developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering collaboration.
• Oversee SAP development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, coordinating across teams and departments.
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, leveraging expertise in ABAP and SAP Fiori.
• Ensure the successful integration of SAP BTP and CPI within the organizations SAP landscape.
• Act as the point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing solutions and ensuring the team meets technical challenges.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP development, with a focus on leadership roles - nice to have
• Extensive experience in ABAP programming and SAP Fiori development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and CPI - nice to have
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex SAP projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
