Your tasks

• Overseeing and managing the SAP landscape to ensure system reliability and performance
• Reviewing and interpreting security reports to maintain system integrity and data protection
• Providing 2nd level support to end users, addressing complex issues, and ensuring effective resolutions
• Handling incident management and working collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions
• Developing, maintaining, and updating documentation while managing an external SAP operations partner

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an SAP Basis Key User
• Proven ability to work closely with SAP users and address their technical needs
• Experience in the technical administration of SAP NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA, with a focus on SAP Basis
• Strong commitment, motivation, and an organized, independent approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork, with proficiency in English (B2) and Polish (C1)
