What we are looking for:

• Min. 3 years of experience in SAP authorization including role development and user management
• Min. 3 years in analyzing and translating business / functional requirements into SAP authorization
• High level understanding of SAP authorization concept for ERP, BW, SRM and CRM systems
• Good understanding of SAP Fiori authorization concept
• Understanding of SAP access rights review and SOD
• Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance requirements
• Knowledge of SIVIS tools would be a plus
• Ability to easily communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical prospects (verbal and written format)
• Very good knowledge of English (both oral and written)
• Planning and organizational talent, analytical skills and accuracy
• Problem solving competence
• Distinctive written and oral communication capability
• Willingness to learn and to pick up new topics

Responsibilities:

As the SAP Authorizations Specialist you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the SAP authorizations. You ensure the stability, performance, and security of SAP systems. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP authorization concept and best practices related to proper role concept design.

On this position you will work in a dynamic IT environment, collaborating with various IT teams and business stakeholders. You will be involved in managing, optimizing and developing the SAP authorizations to meet business requirements efficiently.

Tasks:

• Develop roles on a timely manner
• Analysis of business requirements and translate it to SAP authorization concept
• Managing SAP authorizations as Second Level Support team member
• Helping First Level Support team in user administration
• Supporting projects and new system implementations, ensuring that solutions provided by the project team are in line with SAP authorization and security guidelines
• Analyzing and resolving authorization issues with end users
• Day-to-day support to security/authorization activities, including resolving requests and escalations
• Technical design, creation, testing and implementation of new authorization requirements
• Addressing internal and external audit requirements
