Work with clients to gather requirements and lead workshops. Provide architectural guidance for integrations with MuleSoft, CTA, VRA, and Amazon Connect. Ensure high-quality mobile solutions, including offline functionality. Our requirements: At least 5 years of Salesforce experience. Hands-on expertise in configuring Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud. Experience with integrations, especially using MuleSoft. Familiarity with CTA, Virtual Remote Assistant (VRA), and Amazon Connect. Knowledge of the Field Service mobile app, including offline features. Proficiency in APEX and Lightning Web Components.
