As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the unique needs of the organisation. Responsibilities:- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.- Developing and implementing custom code, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.- Configuring and customising Salesforce applications, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, and validation rules.- Optimising and enhancing existing Salesforce functionality to improve user experience, system performance, and scalability.- Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.- Providing technical guidance and support to Salesforce Administrators and end users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.- Staying informed about Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and technologies, such as Salesforce Connect, Heroku, MuleSoft, or Informatica.- Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II) is preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in the Salesforce ecosystem.- Good English skills suited for an international working environment.- Valid EU work permit.Benefits:- Long-term project and cooperation- International work environment- Great company atmosphere and culture- Growth & work life balance oriented processes- Medical card, prepaid bonus card- Flexible working hours- Remote work
