We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our team and work with us on international, implementing projects in both SMB and Enterprise scale. In Cloudity, we are open to crafting your job but in general, we see Consultants as experts on the platform with the ability to build good quality relationships with clients. We require you to communicate in English as we are an international company, but if you have any other language skills – we would love to use them!

Salesforce Consultant

Your responsibilities

• Taking part in implementation projects (from the analysis stage, through implementation, training, and commissioning of the system).
• Analysis of customer needs and business requirements, mapping them to Salesforce capabilities.
• Designing system functionalities according to business requirements.
• Configuring solutions and process automation using Salesforce tools.
• Conducting training for the client’s team.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.

Our requirements

• Minimum year of experience with the Salesforce platform in the role of Business Consultant.
• Salesforce Certificates (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant).
• History of work with clients.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Fluent in Polish (spoken and written).
• Analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to make new contacts.
• Responsibility, self-reliance, diligence, accuracy, punctuality, and good organization of work.
