Sales Team Leader with German

• Executing a sales strategy,
• Coordinating sales activities, developing and mentoring staff,
• Management of the internal sales team - onboarding, KPI, document supervision and conducting regular meetings with team members to provide them with constructive feedback on their performance,
• Hiring and onboarding new team members.

• Replacement employment contract with salary:14 300–25 500 PLN gross/month​,
