  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related discipline are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or sales support capacity, ideally within a shared service center environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of tools such as SAP, PowerPlatform, SharePoint, and PowerBI is desirable.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Openness to occasional travel and collaboration with sales teams.
