Oras Group Sales Team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Sales Representative (Wholesale, Architects & Installers).

In this role, you will be responsible for direct & indirect sales network development at the North-West Region of Poland and focus your sales efforts by assessing existing and potential volume of customers.



Your responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  2. Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  3. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  4. Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
  5. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
  6. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications.
  7. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  8. Continuously improve through feedback.
  9. Hours may be irregular, and the job involves a large amount of traveling each day.
  10. Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office to prepare offers and quotations.
  2. Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  3. Highly motivated and target-driven – experience in the sanitary branch is welcome.
  4. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs.
  7. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
