Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative for our Pulp & Paper segment for a fixed-term employment of approximately one year starting 1.9.2024 (schedule to be agreed) with possibility to extend further.
In Pulp & Paper, our application expertise, latest technologies for data-driven process management, digital services and a complete chemistry portfolio help our customers enhance their sustainability, process efficiency, productivity and end-product quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct sales process, providing a technological and a technical service (incl. monitoring, analyses, control) to our existing customers and further developing the business through new sales.
- Development of profitable business with designated account(s).
- Expand profits, market position / share, introduce new products / solutions to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients.
- Retain and intensify long-term customer relationships with established accounts that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Contribute to the process to obtain market intelligence. Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Business degree in a relevant technical field is desired (wastewater treatment and related chemistry, paper science, microbiology, or chemical engineering).
- A willingness to apply your knowledge widely and to learn new things.
- Good collaboration skills and a flexible attitude.
- Excellent safety attitude and active involvement in continuous improvement of safety at work.
- Experience in sales and proven track record in B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Fluency in Polish and good spoken and written English.
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
- A willingness to travel (up to 60%) within Poland and abroad.
