Sales Specialist

A leading multi-product fintech company, is expanding into the Polish market and seeking a Sales Specialist. Since 2017, our products have delighted millions of customers, and we are committed to further enriching our ecosystem.

In the restaurant industry, our revolutionary product helps attract more customers, build strong relationships, and elevate service quality with innovative features. Join us in turning ambitious ideas into reality!

What else is important:

Were looking for a candidate with strong restaurant industry connections, ideally a former restaurant marketer, product manager, or business development professional who knows restaurant owners personally.

Strong communication skills are a must—this role requires someone proactive in visiting restaurants. If industry connections are limited, we’re open to a motivated, ambitious candidate who believes in our product.

Team size and structure:

There is already a tech lead, a large team of Java developers, business analysts, testers, and a product owner.

Hiring Process:

  1. Call with a recruiter - 30-45 minutes 
  2. Call with a team - 1 hour 
  3. Call with a СЕО - 30-45 minutes 
  4. Call with a Chief Product Owner 45 minutes - 1 hour 

Contract type - B2B

We are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HoReCa industry 
  • Extensive connections within the restaurant industry 
  • Experience in selling POS system solutions 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Independence and proactivity in problem-solving 
  • Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency
