What you'll be doing:
As a Sales Process Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic sales support team. Your main focus will be reaching out to potential clients, managing inbound leads, and keeping communication flowing between teams and clients. You'll play a key role in the sales process — from generating interest to maintaining long-term partnerships.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Following up on inbound leads, making outbound calls, and emails
- Identifying decision-makers and introducing them to our services
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Supporting the creation of training materials and work instructions
- Using CRM and ERP tools to manage data and interactions
- Collaborating with internal and external teams
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or corporate environment
- Fluency in German (C1 or above) and good English (B1+)
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable making multiple client calls per day
- Skilled in MS Excel and working with ERP systems
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Team player, proactive, and customer-focused
