Your responsibilities:
Appsilon is onboarded to our clients fast, without any bottlenecks:
- Administrative support - smoothing Appsilon onboarding to clients with close cooperation with the sales, ML, Platform, Legal teams, and client’s procurement teams.
- Handle administrative tasks related to documentation, agreements, and required certificates.
Hubspot always shows the most recent data and is Appsilon’s single source of truth:
- Maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Work closely with the Sales and Delivery team to ensure there are no:
- Missing notes, tasks, Outdated tasks, Missing or outdated properties.
- Provide training and support to the Sales and Delivery team on using sales tools.
- Help onboard new sales team members.
- Dashboards are accurate and represent a real-time summary of sales metrics.
- Appsilon key performance indicators (KPIs) from Hubspot are up-to-date.
The team follows sales processes. Execute parts of the processes:
- Guard the processes.
- Analyze and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and ensure the sales team adheres to standardized processes.
Appsilon has top-notch and up-to-date sales materials:
- Keeping sales materials and sales directories clean and updated.
- The knowledge base has the most recent descriptions of Sales processes.
- Sales and Delivery receive top-notch research about the clients they visit and work with.
Our must-have requirements:
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date sales materials and directories.
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing HubSpot or other CRMs.
- Strong ability to execute, guard, and streamline sales processes, implementing best practices to ensure adherence.
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with various teams (internal/external) and support administrative tasks.
- Proactive, driven personality, striving for continuous improvement of your own performance.
- Experienced in remote work, likes remote-first working culture.
- English C1

- Understanding of advanced sales and marketing strategies to contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to create and update high-quality sales materials, presentations, and knowledge base entries.
