As a Sales Operations Manager at Envirly, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing the efficiency of our sales operations across multiple markets. - Provide comprehensive support to the Head of Sales, addressing operational needs and ensuring daily activities run smoothly.
- Enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team through operational support with offers, brochures and any other materials that need to be coordinated
- Engage actively in sales meetings, offering support and assistance to team members as required.
- Oversee the preparation and verification of sales materials, including brochures and offers, ensuring accuracy before client dissemination.
- Draft and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, liaising with our legal representatives as needed.
- Compile and analyze sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge team progress.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders and manage logistical arrangements for the sales team, coordinating with the Administrative Team and Office Manager for events such as conferences.
- Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to enhance lead generation through established partnerships.
- Proven experience in sales operations, demonstrating the ability to manage and improve team performance.
- Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with proficiency in English at a C1+ level to cater to our diverse international clientele and team.
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving business needs.
