Process, review and maintain data integrity of sales orders for completeness and accuracy and alignment between IBM and Apptio systems.
Work cross-functionally and globally within Apptio and IBM to resolve order-related issues, business and data challenges, and respond to escalation and exception requests.
Wymagania
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Finance role.
Strong Salesforce.com experience
Understanding of Quote to Cash procedures.
Ability to learn new tools and applications quickly.
Demonstrating high-level problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Inclined to work collaboratively with other departments and peers.
Flexible work hours during peak demand
Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
