Develop and implement sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share.
Independent business development in the areas of tour operators, travel agencies, and online sales.
Ensure effective sales and market coverage and monitor performance data & KPIs pertaining to sales and revenue.
Monitor and analyze sales figures and trends and prepare reports for Area Management on sales and market growth results.
Carry out regular market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking.
Organize and execute participation in fairs, events, seminars, road-shows, and functions.
Your Qualifications:
You are a Graduate or Post Graduate (preferably in tourism).
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in all aspects of the airline/aviation sales environment.
You provide excellent experience in the aviation industry and valuable relations with stakeholders within the tourism industry.
Working with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is no problem for you.
Ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyze results to improve operation methods and processes.
You speak and write Polish and English fluently; other languages are an advantage.
You have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and you enjoy working in a team but also achieve valuable results when working independently.
Willingness to travel and a valid driving license are essential.
