Overview

Our client is a payment infrastructure, enabling businesses to accept and manage digital assets securely and seamlessly. They provide end-to-end solutions including payment processing, wallets, custody, and compliance, designed for scalability and global reach.

Role Overview

As Sales Manager, you’ll focus on identifying and closing strategic B2B opportunities in crypto payments, DeFi, and e-commerce. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing—while collaborating with compliance, product, and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding for new partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture a qualified pipeline of high-potential crypto and fintech clients
  • Generate leads via outbound efforts, industry events, and warm introductions
  • Conduct product presentations and technical overviews with decision-makers
  • Drive the commercial negotiation process and structure tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offering with client needs
  • Keep CRM and sales dashboards up to date with clear pipeline tracking
  • Stay informed on trends in crypto payments, AML regulations, and competitors

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within crypto, fintech, payments, or iGaming
  • Strong knowledge of crypto payment systems, wallets, exchanges, and compliance practices
  • Proven record of closing 5-6 figure deals with international clients
  • End-to-end sales ownership: lead gen, proposals, demos, and closing
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving market
