Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or engineering related field
Good knowledge of the aircraft maintenance industry and aviation area
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative or a Sales Manager in an international environment
Successful previous sales experiences as well as independence and ability to achieve set goals
A customer-oriented attitude as well as business sense
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Team spirit skills and ability to work in an international environment
Fluent in English and Polish, additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities:
Defining and implementing the sales strategic business plan amongst the area to achieve growth, hit sales targets and drive profitable margin
Building and promoting LOTAMS Capabilities, developing a strong relationship with our current customers and the new ones
Proactive activities by identifying emerging markets and prospect opportunities, while being fully aware of LOTAMS capabilities
Leading autonomously sales prospection, negotiation and contract management by designing customer offers including technical, sales and financial areas
Closely work with Customer Support Team to deliver best customer experience to our clients
Objective setting and performance monitoring as well as presenting sales, revenue and forecasts reporting to the management team
