Lithuanian manufacturer of wastewater treatment systems, seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our expansion into the Polish market. As a Sales Manager, you will lead our entry into the Polish market by developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful introduction of our innovative wastewater treatment systems. This role is central to our growth strategy and our ambition to establish a strong market presence in Poland.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the Polish market.
- Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
- Provide detailed sales performance reports and strategic insights.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or market expansion, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Fluency in Polish and English or Russian.
- Strong knowledge of Polish market dynamics and business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
