Active researching, identifying and developing new partners /licensees on our market for existing licensors brands in Fashion/Home & Living category
Ensuring the adherence to all contractual obligations by clients through frequent on-site visits and communication,
Developing sales and marketing plans that will help achieve category performance targets with cooperation with the marketing and retail team
Taking responsibility on category performance in terms of financial results, dynamics, development in cooperation with Elc Brands Polish local team
Maintaining a steady flow of information to clients on latest marketing and industry trends from around the world by keeping updates through research, trade show attendances and networking
Maintaining financial and budget reporting related to dedicated category
Our requirements
Min 2-3 years of experience in active sales/new business/ business development within Consumer Products – preferred in licensing
Efficiency, proactivity, effectiveness in action, ‘’make things happen’’ approach
Strong sales skills – is a MUST, plus negotiation skills
Higher Degree
Proactive team player, thinking outside of the box, open, confident and creative personality
Good presentation skills, keynote/ppt and good excel required
Experience in consumer goods, licensing or brand management is an asset
