EER Poland, on behalf of its client – an international company operating in the contract manufacturing industry (dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and medical devices) – is currently seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager.
Location: Warsaw, regular 1–2 day business trips per week to the company’s office in Łódź, with hotel accommodation fully covered.
Our client is a dynamic and fast‑growing organization with a strong international presence. With a team‑oriented culture and a focus on innovation, they collaborate closely across R&D, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to deliver high‑quality solutions for global partners.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with international clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (R&D, Procurement, QA, Logistics).
- Drive company growth through proactive sales initiatives.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure continuous business development.
- Use CRM/ERP systems to track, optimize, and report sales activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings.
Employer requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within contract manufacturing (preferably dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics; experience with medical devices is a plus).
- Proven track record in B2B sales and new business acquisition (hunting).
- Fluency in English (C1); knowledge of an additional language (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems.
