DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make engaging outbound calls daily to connect with both current and potential players.
- Assist new and existing players to enhance their experience and ensure they fully enjoy the range of offerings.
- Actively promote the website, products, and campaigns to boost user interaction and encourage player participation.
- Partner with the team leader to set and surpass specific performance targets.
- Work cross-functionally with teams like Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional player experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy interacting with customers.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and effectively presenting products and services.
- Goal-driven, with a strong motivation to meet both personal and team targets every day.
- Ideally, possess a basic understanding of the casino and sports betting sectors.
- Results-oriented, with a knack for overcoming challenges and achieving success.
