The SaaS Sales Manager is responsible for driving SaaS platform sales of indaHashs influencer marketing solutions across European markets. This position plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence among FMCG brands and agencies, managing both enterprise and SMB client segments.

The role holder will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets through a dual-segment approach:

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation and Pipeline Management

  1. Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with global business objectives.
  2. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with 3x coverage for enterprise and 2x for SMB opportunities.
  3. Manage complete sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  4. Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets across both client segments.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in FMCG brands and agencies.
  2. Provide a consultative sales approach, demonstrating platform ROI and value proposition.
  3. Negotiate and close contracts according to company policies.
  4. Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the customer success team.

Market Development

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team on regional brand awareness initiatives.
  3. Represent indaHash at relevant industry events and forums.
  4. Maintain strong market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.

Business Operations

  1. Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Pipedrive CRM.
  2. Provide regular pipeline and revenue forecasting reports.
  3. Collaborate with global teams on strategic initiatives.
  4. Participate in regular sales team meetings and training sessions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Technical Skills

  1. Expert proficiency in Pipedrive CRM.
  2. Advanced skills in Cognism for lead generation.
  3. Proficiency in outreach tools: Lemlist, Mailchimp, LiteMail.
  4. Strong presentation and virtual communication capabilities.

Language Requirements

  1. Fluency in at least two of the languages of the CEE region.
  2. Working proficiency in English (must-have).

Professional Experience

  1. Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or agency sector.
  2. Proven track record of achieving enterprise and SMB sales targets.
  3. Experience in a remote sales environment.
  4. Demonstrated success in complex B2B sales cycles.

Performance Metrics

Quantitative Metrics

  1. Number of closed deals (Enterprise: 6, SMB: 30 annually).
  2. Pipeline coverage and conversion rates.

Qualitative Metrics

  1. Quality of client relationships.
  2. Accuracy of pipeline forecasting.
  3. Team collaboration effectiveness.

Working Conditions

Fully remote position (self-provided equipment).

Regular virtual meetings with global team.

Occasional travel may be required for key client meetings or events.
