British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Route to Market Junior Manager in Warsaw. This role is part of the Traditional Trade Development team and will drive Route-to-Market strategy, optimize field execution, and lead cross-functional initiatives using data-driven insights. The role blends strategic thinking, collaboration, and agility in a dynamic, performance-focused environment that values ownership, innovation, and field impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement RTM (Route-to-Market) strategies tailored to the traditional trade market and aligned with company business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to improve customer reach strategies.
  • Create and roll out Service Packs for field teams to boost sales and service efficiency.
  • Collaborate with support departments, training teams, Head of Sales, Field Force, Key Account Managers, and Category & Shopper Activation to launch programs and tools that support business KPIs.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to increase product distribution using Image Recognition (IR) tools; monitor performance and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports on RTM strategy execution, activity effectiveness, and performance of the BREP (BAT Sales Representatives) structure.
  • Introduce corrective actions and recommend changes to the operational structure.
  • Generate reports and analyses on safe driving practices of field teams (Ecologic Platform) and promote sustainable practices in field and sales operations.
  • Manage customer segmentation processes and regularly update base data.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project and team management in sales or RTM areas.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools and systems supporting distribution, including experience with Image Recognition.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to draw business conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English – spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel across Poland for business purposes.
  • Valid driving permit for market visits to retail points.
