We are seeking an experienced Roll-out Manager to lead the planning, execution, and tracking of global technology deployments across the marketing organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient roll-outs, effective user onboarding, and establishing key metrics to monitor progress and measure success.
Manage the deployment calendar and key milestones in line with the global deployment framework.
Lead and coordinate deployment activities worldwide, including campaign support, system setup, and go-live readiness.
Identify and onboard Super Users; maintain stakeholder and user tracking across regions.
Facilitate leadership engagement (e.g., team lead sessions, preparation meetings).
Maintain and update the Deployment Playbook (processes, assets, documentation).
Oversee user access management and permissions across platforms.
Manage the Communications Toolkit (key messages, presentation decks, guidelines).
Create and distribute communications across markets (e.g., release notes, newsletters, launch announcements).
Maintain internal communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, email groups).
Coordinate updates to training materials with internal teams and external partners.
Serve as the single point of contact for Corporate Communications and the Marketing Academy to support training initiatives.
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset with strong ownership.
Proven experience creating and delivering deployment-related content across formats (written, digital, presentations).
Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in managing technology roll-outs, ideally in enterprise environments.
Solid project management capabilities: planning, execution, and tracking progress against timelines.
Experience in onboarding and supporting end-users through change.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong understanding of deployment processes and technical fundamentals.
Demonstrated success in communication and training strategy execution.
Experience managing internal communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, intranet, email).
