What youll be doing:
As our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Lead, you’ll be at the heart of shaping pricing and promotional strategies that drive profitability and competitiveness in the local market. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn data into decisions, ensuring our pricing reflects consumer needs, market trends and business goals. Your insights will help guide campaign planning, product launches and promotional effectiveness, all while keeping our pricing structures agile and aligned with global standards.

What youll be working on:
- Developing and executing pricing strategies across all channels
- Leading implementation of RGM tactics and collaborating with stakeholders to meet KPIs
- Monitoring pricing structures and making adjustments based on market changes
- Supporting new product pricing and coordinating annual pricing reviews
- Creating frameworks for pricing in new channels, including retail and distributor partners
- Maintaining pricing tools, systems and governance dashboards
- Conducting post‑campaign diagnostics and sharing best practices
- Performing in‑depth analysis using internal and external data sources
- Evaluating promotional ROI and optimizing spend
- Partnering with global RGM and local finance teams to align strategies
What were looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools
- Experience in beauty or consumer goods is a plus
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear recommendations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of consumer and market behavior
- Familiarity with pricing software and legal regulations (e.g. Omnibus)
- Fluent in English
