• This opportunity relates to assisting the UK/Europe Piercing Operations Director to ensure we are doing all we can to promote and maximise all opportunities in the piercing part of Lovisas value to customers.
• Actively support the Piercing Operations Director EMEA in delivering measurables and piercing vision across your markets
• Be a brand ambassador for Lovisa piercing
• Support with Lovisa branded events
• Sales focused and target driven to achieve weekly KPIs
• Train and develop the teams and ignite passion for the pierce
• Support in training rollouts and sign-offs for new store openings
• 100% compliance across your designated market on learning and development modules
