responsibilities :

• Requirements management & engineering in international product development projects;
• Analysing customer requirements and identifying requirements to implement;
• Creating detailed requirements with focus on software, including defining interfaces and dependencies between systems;
• Conducting requirements workshops to capture detailed requirements from technical experts and customers;
• Responsibility for managing requirements, including maintaining requirements traceability matrices;
• Reviewing requirements for consistency, appropriateness and completeness;
• Collaborating with international teams and stakeholders for prioritization and management of requirements;
• Training of engineers and stakeholders in requirements management and engineering;
• Supporting project management in project planning related to requirements management;
• Engaging in continuous improvement of requirements management processes to ensure they are up to current standards;

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable qualification;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Requirements Management and Requirements Engineering for complex projects incl. Software development;
• Expertise in analysing, defining and documenting consistent and understandable requirements that meet the needs of stakeholders and customers;
• Strong knowledge of Requirements Management tools, preferably experience with Polarion;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German would be advantageous;
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts; experience with embedded software development and/or electronic design advantageous;
• Strong team player and communication skills are essential;
• Willingness to travel;
