• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (Business Intelligence Software) or similar tools
• Build scalable data models and use DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced analytics
• Manage reporting initiatives from concept to delivery with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and automate reporting processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of reports through validation processes
• Support end users with training and documentation to promote adoption
• Contribute to reporting improvements and projects

• University degree
• Extensive experience in reporting and dashboards development
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong expertise in Power BI (Business Intelligence Software)
• Knowledge of data modeling and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Experience working with SQL (Structured Query Language) and relational databases
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources
• Knowledge of data visualization and user experience design
• Analytical thinking and strong problem‑solving capabilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
