Montrose Software is going to help one of the premier academic medical centers based in New York City. The Hospital is focused on patient care, education, and research. The main priority of our client is to meet the individual needs of their patients. Montrose's main goal is to help with rebuilding the current system’s architecture, but also implement a data update tool for internal use that is integrated with their ticketing system. The cooperation include: daily check-ins and weekly discussions with internal operation groups that are part of the product's integration and decision making process. Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex C# and SQL Server applications, including multithreaded applications Design, develop and maintain SQL Server database schemas, tables, views, functions, and stored procedures Participate in the full software development life cycle from planning and design to implementation and maintenance Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards Collaborate with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deliverables are met in a timely fashion Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment Work with the GIT version control system to manage code repositories, merges, and branches Be familiar with Control-M or any other job scheduler Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to C# and SQL Server development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 6 years of experience in C# and SQL Server development Strong knowledge of SQL Server database design and development Experience with Python is a plus Familiarity with GIT version control and Control-M Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Nice to have: Javascript CSS/HTML MVC React.Js Please note that the interview process is divided into four parts: Technical phone screening30 minutes Technical interview2 hours Non-technical call with hiring manager45 minutes Optional: call with client for which you will be working We offer: Opportunity for permanent employment Necessary equipment to work Flexible working hours Interesting, challenging and exciting work with international teams English lessons with native speaker Training Budget Multisport card Food : Lunches from Kraków's restaurants that are delivered both to the office and homes(or a refund of the budget allocated for it) Kitchen full of food, drinks, fruits, and snacks Health Private medical insurance Air-conditioning Well-being: No dress code Chillout area including comfortable bean bags, therapy balls, PlayStation 4 or Nintendo Switch games stretching area and pull-up bar Team events Shower Additional : Indoor parking place for bicycles
