Job Title: Remote Mid Laravel/React Fullstack Developer
Job Type: Freelance Full-Time Contract
Company Overview: MPMIL provides IT, marketing, and website services for various heavy metal concert events including the worlds biggest heavy metal cruise 70000TONS OF METAL amongst others.
Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on Laravel, React, and Next.js to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a complex booking web application for our current and future events. Experience working with booking engines for flights, cruises, hotels, and similar industries is a significant plus. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also shares a deep passion for heavy metal music and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on PHP Laravel and React. Experience using Next.js is a plus.
- Proven experience working with applications using modern JavaScript.
- Proficient in back-end development with a deep understanding of MVC architecture.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of database design and management, particularly with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks.
- Familiarity with working with Inertia.js
- Experience in the music and entertainment industry, particularly with booking engines for flights, cruises, hotels, etc., is a significant plus.
- Be a Heavy Metal Fan!
Additional Requirements
- Hold a valid US Visa Waiver Program Passport without restrictions
- Be able to enter the United States and travel internationally
