ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Your tasks:

-Support our customers and service providers with inquiries and problems related to our Payment Provider services

-Provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends.

-Provide technical support and customer service for our accounting software application.

-Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

-Troubleshoot customer software and hardware issues.

We look forward to your application! The work is done exclusively remotely.

No bachelors degree is necessary, everyone is welcome as long as they are motivated to learn.

You can expect an attractive salary of 1000-1200 euros per month and additional commission possibilities. We also sponsor trips and events.
