responsibilities :


  • Lead the ART (Agile Release Train) activities by organizing and facilitating key Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, SoS, etc.
  • Coach Leaders, Teams, Scrum Masters and ART in Lean-Agile practices and mindset
  • Collaborate with Domain / Functional Leads in building high-performance teams and with Agile /Transformation Coaches /Leads and LACE to implement wider Lean-Agile transformation across the Product and Technology
  • Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a continuous exploration process which drives the synthesis of Vision, a Roadmap and Backlog through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events
  • Monitor development / PI progress and facilitate the execution of planning intervals for the ART ensuring the timelines are met
  • Help the ART prepare for PI planning by ensuring that ART backlog is aligned with strategic priorities and ready for planning
  • Ensure that ART leadership and teams are aligned on priorities and prepared with the right content for PI Planning and ensure all artifacts necessary for PI planning are delivered on time
  • Ensure that Team PI Objectives are summarized into Program PI Objectives and published for transparency
  • Monitor the performance and progress of the Agile Release Train and the progress, by assisting in tracking the completion of features in the ART backlog
  • Collaborate with RTE Leadership (Product Area Lead, System Architect, Lead BA, Solution Architect, Project Managers) to mitigate risk, manage dependencies, escalate and track impediments
  • Coordinate impediment removal and address or escalate the problems that the scrum teams cannot resolve independently
  • Facilitate continuous improvement across the ART and encourage teams to reflect on their processes and identify areas for improvement to increase productivity as well as encourage experimentation, feedback loops and the adoption of Agile practices
  • Organize and conduct trainings and workshops related to Lean/Agile ways of working, transformation approach.

requirements-expected :


  • A few years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of SDLC process
  • Familiar with Atlassian tools (JIRA / Confluence), Clarity, MS Project, Visio and others
  • Agile Expertise: Presents deep knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and variety of Lean / Agile methodologies along with hands-on experience in leading Agile transformation at scale
  • Flexible to adapt the approach based on the specific context
  • Excellent at coaching and influencing individuals at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self motivation, self-driven, confident in ideas and capable of implementing them proactively and independently.
