Your responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar positions.
Actively sourcing candidates through direct search and other recruitment methods.
Creating and publishing engaging job advertisements.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline and candidate database.
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit.
Identifying and testing new candidate attraction channels and sourcing strategies.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitoring recruitment effectiveness and recommending improvements.
Partnering with business stakeholders to deliver recruitment projects successfully.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or other blue-collar environments.
A proactive approach to sourcing and attracting candidates.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including confidence in conducting phone interviews.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work independently.
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results and problem-solving.
Good command of English.
Fluency in one additional language: Ukrainian, Russian, or Spanish (required due to the nature of blue-collar recruitment projects).
Nice to have:
Experience gained in a recruitment agency, staffing agency, or temporary employment environment.
Knowledge of temporary workforce recruitment and hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
