Recruitment Consultant
Your responsibilities
- End to end handling of recruitments across core markets including Nordics, Poland, and Estonia
- Having start-up meetings with Hiring People Leaders
- Providing job ad creation support
- Attracting candidates using sourcing techniques
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Ordering contracts
- Advising Hiring People Leaders on recruitment matters
- Collaborating with Group People colleagues to ensure a strong value chain
- Ensuring traction and compliance on all recruitment stages
- Promoting diversity awareness and teamwork
Our requirements
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver at a high service level
- Engage and collaborate with candidates, leaders, and business partners
- Provide great project management and manage hiring plans with confidence
- Adaptable to changes in processes or circumstances
- Experience recruiting difficult to fill technical positions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating with many stakeholders and keeping good overview
- Solid project and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant educational degree
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of talent intelligence tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights
You’ll join the Polish Talent Acquisition team and be in daily contact with the wider TA team located across Nordics, Poland, and Estonia.
The team consists of 10+ people, supporting and learning from each other while having fun.
