Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of full volume recruitment cycle including networking, sourcing, screening, and offering candidates
- Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
- Conducting phone interviews to find the best potential employees
- Managing candidates through Workday
- Managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment centres
- Supporting with language tests management
- Informing candidates about their status in a professional manner throughout various steps of the recruitment process
- Attending job fairs and networking events as required
Skills you need to succeed:
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in French (C1) and English (B2)
- Previous experience in recruitment / internship in HR or a related degree would be an asset
- Interest in recruitment and passion for people-focused projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain flexible, keep a positive attitude and open mind
- Good organisation & teamwork skills
