Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in System Engineering in automotive or industrial applications.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• An engineer’s or master’s degree.
• Knowledge of modeling/simulation tools and requirement management tools.
• Knowledge of functional analysis/control software based on Vector solutions (CANoe, CANalyser).
• A strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer.
• Willingness to work with international teams.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

• Introduce aAxle production launch at system level (complete eAxle: motor, inverter, reducer, park lock actuator).
• Lead the concepts of the System Engineering Methodology/Development Plan at R&D department level.
• Develop integration test scripts, track integration test effort and results, and record test status; prepare requirements and validation reports.
• Conduct qualification, verification, and validation tests, and define corrective actions.
• Resolving incidents, issues, and providing bug fixes.
• Develop the system according to clients and A-Spice Engineering Methodology standards.
• Support the project team member for system implementation and keep a critical eye regarding it.
