• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions by maintaining and updating financial records regularly.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements to support informed decision-making.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations with the general ledger to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts by providing relevant data and analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
• Participate in periodic audits by preparing required documentation and offering clear explanations of financial activities.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Proactively seek and implement improvements in accounting processes and promote best practices in financial operations.

Wymagania

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes
• Fluent in German with excellent English communication skills
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and principles
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel with practical experience using accounting tools
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
