For our client, we are seeking a Quality Engineering Leader. This position will be responsible for developing and improving quality processes, managing a team, and collaborating with clients and operational departments to ensure the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Drive quality objectives and initiate improvement activities aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the customer complaints management process, ensuring effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage quality-related risks throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence.
• Coordinate and support the Quality team, focusing on employee development, engagement, and capability building.
• Collaborate closely with customers as well as Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure product and process quality.
• Ensure quality tools and management systems are maintained in compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Several years of leadership experience within a Quality function in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with quality methodologies and tools, including FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and Control Plans.
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, PDCA, and DMAIC.
• Proven track record in leading improvement projects and managing organizational change.
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and employee development.
• Fluent Polish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage.
