Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that combines hands‑on technical work with process improvement responsibilities in the field of manufacturing quality management. The role involves ensuring product and process quality through systematic analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for identifying and addressing quality issues, developing inspection tools, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with engineering and production teams to drive improvements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and analyzing quality issues and implementing corrective actions
• Participating in projects related to product quality development
• Creating and updating quality documentation (FMEA, PPAP, control plans, quality instructions, quality alerts)
• Preparing concepts and technical drawings of quality inspection tools
• Conducting internal audits and participating in preparations for external audits
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams
• Actively supporting a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering within the manufacturing industry
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of quality standards and tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, 5 Why, control plans, Ishikawa
• Experience in handling inspection and measurement instruments (e.g., measuring arm, coordinate measuring machine)
• English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation
• Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Creo, DraftSight is a plus
• Valid driving license category B
