We are seeking a Quality Engineer. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of processes and products, analyzing data, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with production teams. Your work will have a real impact on customer satisfaction and the development of Donaldson’s quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participating in the implementation of new products and introducing changes to existing ones.
• Supervising blocked raw materials, initiating and monitoring 8D reports.
• Initiating and supervising corrective actions and assessing their effectiveness.
• Developing Control Plans and measurement methods, and participating in FMEAs in collaboration with Production Engineers.
• Auditing existing quality systems and process control systems.
• Selecting measurement methods/techniques for process control.
• Supervising and monitoring poor-quality costs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Higher education (technical or engineering degree).
• Communicative level of English.
• Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools (Core Tools): APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D.
• Knowledge of the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard.
• Experience in implementing or auditing a Quality System based on these requirements.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
