Quality Assurance Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)

? Contract: 6 months (possibility to extend to 9 months)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of quality control systems, manage data collection, and perform advanced statistical analysis to support global quality projects.

What You’ll Do

• Drive quality improvement projects across CANPACK factories and customer sites
• Perform product measurements and benchmarking
• Develop and update testing databases for beverage QA
• Analyze customer specifications and confirm compliance
• Conduct trend analysis and advanced statistical evaluations
• Prepare for internal, external, and 3rd-party audits
• Train employees and share best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Food Safety, Commodity Science, or Packaging Production Technology
• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role
• Skills: MS Office, SharePoint, statistical tools (MiniTab, Statistica)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Polish (C2) and English (B1) proficiency
