About The Role
The Quality CEE team embedded in LOC (Local Operating Company) reports to the Cluster Quality Lead Poland & Ukraine. The purpose of the job is to ensure LOC Quality processes and systems are in place for all activities carried out across the Local Business, ensuring they are compliant with Haleon standards and policies.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse of importer and manufacturer, including commercial repackaging of products.
- Manage release of imported goods, safeguard licensing compliance and manage certification of product batches.
- Develop, specify and approve product supply processes and systems in line with QMS and local regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with manufacturing sites to ensure compliance to local registered technical details and Directory Risk Assessments.
- Ensure 3PL GxP services are audited and a Quality Agreement is in place.
- Perform routine checks on validity of local GDP/GMP licences held by all 3PLs and third party distributors.
- Manage receipt, storage and return of goods in compliance with Haleon QMS.
- Lead local batch assessment and release for distribution activities.
- Investigate and resolve quality‑related issues, manage temperature excursions and recalls.
- Coordinate repacking procedures, ensuring timely QA approval and batch release.
- Participate in the local Incident Management Team.
Why You?
We are looking for professionals with the following skills:
- Pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry & technology, or biology.
- Supplementary pharmaceutical QP study (not required for pharmacy education).
- Fluency in Polish & English.
- Minimum 2 years experience in GMP manufacturing, qualitative and quantitative analysis of medicinal products.
- Minimum 5 years quality experience within the pharmaceutical industry, applied to CAPA, quality incidents and risk management.
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP regulatory requirements.
- Experience in batch release, batch certification, artwork control and audits.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Problem‑solver, solution orientation, urgency, growth mindset, collaborative.
