We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead for the Unqork project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and leading testing strategies for Unqork platform solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with project objectives. The role involves a combination of test management, automation development, and team leadership.

QA Test Lead

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement a testing strategy tailored to Unqork platform solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Lead test planning activities, including defining the test scope, resource allocation, schedule management, and test case design.
• Manage the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test data, focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts using Python to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, optimizing for speed and reliability.
• Guide and mentor a team of testers, promoting best practices in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on Unqork applications.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the testing team, enhancing their skills in Unqork platform functionality and Python-based automation.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, acceptance criteria, and project goals.
• Provide regular updates on test progress, challenges, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring that critical issues are prioritized and addressed promptly.
• Evaluate test results and provide detailed analysis and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects and work closely with development teams to improve future testing coverage and application quality.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in a QA Test Lead role, with a strong focus on automation and testing for enterprise platforms, particularly in relation to Unqork or similar solutions.
• Expertise in Python for developing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing.
• Familiarity with functional and non-functional testing for enterprise applications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team of testers.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
